Shumookh, in partnership with Axeron Capital Holding Ltd., established Afaaq Advanced Technologies LLC, with Shumookh holding a 5% equity stake. The venture represents the first specialized project in blockchain technology within the Sultanate, focusing on digital asset solutions to serve the global technology industries. The center is considered the first of its kind in Oman in the field of digital assets and data processing.

SFM was established to create funds focused on industrial projects, REITs, health care, education, etc. with an exit period ranging from 4 to 6 years. Shumookh exited the company in 2020.

OADS, with Shumookh holding 55% shareholding, is another SPV created for building staff accommodation facilities. Its first project was the Kempinski hotel staff accommodation project at Rusayl Industrial City, which was completed in 2018.

NEC is a semi-government company established in 2015, with a mission to develop and serve the utility sector through innovative and integrated smart solutions, smart services and smart technologies in the field of renewable energies and utility metering in Oman, GCC, and Africa.

The JV was created to develop the Sur Industrial City Gate zone. It established (4) landmark projects: City Walk Mall (1&2), Lulu Hypermarket, Lulu staff accommodation, and Danube showroom.

ODC was formed on 2011, to manage properties in different sectors in Industrial Cities. Since inception the company delivered the following projects:
• KOM 5, is a commercial real estate project in KOM. The project was exited in 2014
• Sohar Facility Building (Omana), a commercial real estate project in Sohar Industrial City.
• Sohar Staff Accommodation (Masaken Al Raha), is a staff accommodation project in Suhar Industrial City. ODC own 50% from the project.
• Arabian Sea Port Services (ASPS), is a logistic services company in Raysut Port. ODC own 24.5% in the project.

Founded by Oman Investment and Development Holding Company SAOC (Mubadrah) as a Comprehensive Solution provider is specialised in design, setup, execution and operation of complete Accommodation and Life support Facilities through an integrated range of support services.

Nafith Logistics Services is JV between Shumookh and Nafith International. The company established to develops and operates technology-driven services that increase the productivity of trade processes and shared freight transportation infrastructure to benefit the public and advance commerce, through a state of art in-house hardware and software technology.

Based at Sohar, SPI manufactures all types of mattresses (conventional and medical), sofa sets, hotel and restaurant furniture and customized furniture. Shumookh exited the company in 2021.

ITE is the first refractory manufacturing facility in the Sultanate of Oman located at Sohar Industrial Estate, with a designed capacity of 100,000 MT per annum of refractory materials per year for end-use in steel, energy, chemical, non-ferrous metals, cement and glass industries.
