Deyaar, fully owned by Shumookh, is a real estate investment arm. Activities span major growth corridors and prime locations, including all industrial cities. Current project portfolio includes iconic residential and commercial tower developments as well as upcoming hospitality-related developments.

Known under the brand name - Zamani, this fully owned subsidiary of Shumookh, aims to develop top-class Omani Heritage Collection, both in Oman and Zanzibar, through public-private partnerships. Zamani is managed by professionals with expertise in developing, preserving and operating various world heritage sites and assets recognized under UNESCO and UNWTO.

SFM was established to create funds focused on industrial projects, REITs, health care, education, etc. with an exit period ranging from 4 to 6 years. SFM is fully owned by Shumookh.

OADS, with Shumookh holding 55% shareholding, is another SPV created for building staff accommodation facilities. Its first project was the Kempinski hotel staff accommodation project at Rusayl Industrial City, which was completed in 2018.

NEC have successfully developed customized end-to-end solutions to cater to the demand of some of the utility distribution companies in Oman. In a short span of time, NEC has not only built a base for itself in the sector but also has dawned an era of tough competition to existing market leaders. NEC is now recognized as "the face of change" in utility metering sector, IoT being the latest feather in its cap.

SSCI, with 50% shareholding by Shumookh, is an SPV created for an integrated commercial development called Sur Gate, within Sur Industrial City. Located at the entry point to the city of Sur, it now includes the Lulu Hyper market, Danube showroom and the City Walk - the retail and entertainment space.

ODC is a closed joint stock company formed in 2011, with 40% shareholding by Shumookh. The company builds and manages office and residential spaces within Madayn business cities.

Founded by Oman Investment and Development Holding Company SAOC (Mubadrah) as a Comprehensive Solution provider is specialised in design, setup, execution and operation of complete Accommodation and Life support Facilities through an integrated range of support services. Shumookh holds 30% share in MCS.

Nafith builds and operates access management system for Madayn business cities. The company will regulate, manage, control and monitor cargo and passenger vehicles through intelligent gates and truck marshalling yards and ensure smooth vehicular traffic. Shumookh holds 30% share in Nafith.

Based at Sohar, SPI manufactures all types of mattresses (conventional and medical), sofa sets, hotel and restaurant furniture and customized furniture. Shumookh holds 26% share in this company.

ITE is the first refractory manufacturing facility in the Sultanate of Oman located at Sohar Industrial Estate, with a designed capacity of 70,000 Mt of refractory materials per year for end-use in steel, energy, chemical, non-ferrous metals, cement and glass industries. Shumookh holds 10% share in ITE.
